TSARINA: A Computer Model for Assessing Conventional and Chemical Attacks on Airbases

This Note describes the latest release of the TSARINA (TSAR inputs using AIDA) airbase damage assessment computer model, which was developed for examining chemical as well as conventional air attacks against complex targets.
