Reports on a conference held jointly by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and the RAND Center for Middle East Public Policy on “The Middle East: Changing Strategic Environment.” Participants gave particular emphasis to the situation in Iraq; Iran’s nuclear program; and strategies for countering Islamic terrorism.
