Special Issues Addressed in the CAHPS Survey of Medicare Managed Care Beneficiaries

This article describes the process through which the Medicare Managed Care (MMC) survey was developed, and examines issues in using this Medicare beneficiary survey that have implications for all CAHPS surveys.
