External Radiation Fields for Isotropically Scattering Finite Atmospheres Bounded by a Lambert Law Reflector

This Memorandum provides formulas for obtaining the diffusely transmitted and reflected radiation fields for a planetary, isotropically scattering atmosphere of finite thickness in terms of the solution to the problem with no planetary surface.
