Describes the results of a study that examined (1) U.S. national-level, DoD, and Army strategic documents to identify issues affecting the Army's infrastructure needs and (2) DoD and Army installation plans to determine how well strategic requirements are being met. Where gaps exist, the authors identify issues that should be addressed. Finally, the authors discuss how more in-depth infrastructure analysis might be conducted.
