ALEC: A Model for Analyzing the Cost-Effectiveness of Air Force Enlisted Personnel Policies (Theory and Results)

The Aggregate Lifecycle Effectiveness and Cost (ALEC) model enables managers of Air Force enlisted personnel to compare the cost-effectiveness of alternative management actions for a part of the force selected for analysis.
